@SkyHelpTeam I cancelled my broadband account on the phone on 12 Aug with more than a months nktice for the contract end on 21 sept and was told there was nothing more for me to do. yet you charged me on 22 Sept. please ensure my account is cancelled and the payment refunded.

@TalkTalk please explain why i need to give 30 days notice to end my 18 month broadband contract when the contract ends on a fixed date? Surely it just lapses at the contract end date, yet i am being charged for a week i do not need due to the 30 days rule?
