@rachellekery I'm glad how you break it down for us to easily understand such conditions, and in the end, we become aware and stay cautious. Good job, Dr. Rachel.
If you are a Kenyan,
You must have seen a sustained narrative claiming that your president and his deputy are at loggerheads.
They are NOT.
You must have heard that the president is persecuting his deputy just the same way the former president was at loggerheads with his deputy.
They were not.
Here is the thing,
The system keeps you in a sustained political debate.
This artificial conundrum is designed to distract you and vex your spirits.
This debate is meant to sow divisions among citizens.
The system thrives in confusion, division and distraction.
Listen,
The social stratum has the wealthy, the middle class and the poor.
The poor are busy looking for survival, they have little time for political correctness.
The wealthy are busy looking after their wealth by funding politicians to write legislation that will continue making them wealthier.
The crux of the matter is in the middle class where you and I sit.
These are the pawns of the game. They are educated but are idiots.
They are the ones who go to the queue for voting. (The poor don't vote unless induced by money).
The middle class are the noise decibels.
They are the donkeys that work hard to feed the rich. They are heavily taxed.
They are the fools thrown into a heated circus to hate each other, create divisions and distract themselves.
They claim to be learned but cannot decipher the political con game.
The middle class are the ones with big televisions, smartphones and computers. It is here the rich pay the media to sow seeds of confusion and distraction.
It is only a foolish Kenyan who thinks the political crooks from both ends of the political divide don't meet privately to laugh at how they have divided the masses.
It is only a foolish citizen who thinks politicians serve them.
They don't and will never.
Politicians serve
• The World Bank
• World Economic Forum
• IMF
• USAID
• UKAID
• America
• Britain
Refuse to be drawn into imaginary conflicts.
Focus on your goals.
Mobilize your energies.
Politicians won't save you. They are part of the problem.
#DrainTheSwamp
The trigger that pushes me to the streets to support #RUTOMUSTGO is the lies that were peddled to us by this Fake regime during Pwani University https://t.co/9cFek5QWPo brother stayed in ICU for almost a month sadly he later on died. Not even a bob was given for the bills.
It's been really frustrating and neglegence from all agencies .. Right from pwani University, the ministry of education and county government of https://t.co/DfuNo6MZxk is a shame for treating Bruce's accident in isolation.
Was that bill more important than this country? More important than the lives of our young people? More important than the citizens of this country who are the sovereign? Why couldn’t it be withdrawn?!

ANNOYING COUGH
There are people with annoying cough or phlegm which is stuck in the throat.
Sometimes they lose their voices.
These symptoms never clear despite them being prescribed antibiotics or steroids.
The cough is not associated with any chest symptoms therefore it is not related to any respiratory illness.
Let me tell you what this is,
This is a symptom of gastric juice reflux.
It is a symptom of an inflamed stomach.
It is a symptom of gastritis.
It is a symptom of low stomach acid (Hypochlorhydria).
When the stomach acid is low, the gastroesophageal valve/sphincter fails to close. This leads to the pouring back of gastric acid into the oesophagus and throat.
What usually pours back is weak acid.
The real stomach acid is so strong that it can melt a razor blade.
The real stomach acid is 1 - 3 on the PH scale.
This intense strength makes the gastroesophageal valve remain tightly closed and therefore prevents reflux.
But when the acid is weak, the oesophageal valve also becomes weak and therefore gastric juice is let back to the oesophagus.
This gastric juice burns the oesophagus and the tissues around the diaphragm thereby causing inflammation.
This inflammation leads to
- Cough
- Phlegm
- Hiccups
The solution therefore is to strengthen the acid and return it to 1 -3 on the PH scale.
This is achieved by:
- Avoiding antacids, and antiulcer drugs
- Avoiding unnecessary use of antibiotics and painkillers
- Avoid sugar, grains, wheat and other inflammatory foods.
- Eating healthy meals
- Eating meat and eggs
- Regular cabbage juice and sauerkraut
- FASTING
- Eating SALT
As simple as that!
