Intercepted over Cincinnati for violating restricted airspace. NOTAMs and a preflight TFR check are not paperwork. They're what keeps fighters off your wing.
NORAD F-16 fighter aircraft intercepted a general aviation aircraft over Cincinnati, Ohio on Oct. 17, 2026, at approximately 3:00 p.m. CST.

A Raptor pilot just commanded a drone wingman in flight. Big milestone. When the wingman is software, knowing exactly who's in command matters more than ever.
A pilot flying an F-22 Raptor fighter has issued commands to a YFQ-44A Fury Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) drone in a first-of-its-kind test. This is an important development for the U.S. Air Force’s CCA program, as its F-22s are set to be the first aerial ‘quarterbacks’ for these uncrewed aircraft once they enter operational service.
The Air Force and Anduril, Fury’s prime contractor, announced the “airborne tactical-control demonstration” yesterday, but it occurred sometime earlier this month. An Anduril spokesperson confirmed directly to TWZ that this was a first for an F-22 and a pre-production YFQ-44A.

@feelgoodtale Congrats to First Officer Natalie Stromgren on earning full certification. Every hour logged, checked, and earned. That's exactly what Veriflier is built to prove, so every flight deck is staffed by verified professionals.
Fifteen years of engineering and certification work landing on TIME's list. Advanced air mobility only scales when every airframe and every credential behind it is proven.
Joby has been named to TIME’s list of the Best Inventions of 2026. 🏆
TIME evaluates each contender on originality, efficacy, ambition and impact.
For our team, that recognition reflects more than fifteen years of engineering, manufacturing and certification work that has put Joby at the forefront of eVTOL technology, with a growing record of quiet, vertical flights in cities around the world.
Thank you to our team, our partners and @TIME.

@flightradar24 Transponders for everything that flies. Knowing exactly what's in the sky, and who's at the controls, is how the system stays this safe.
@flightradar24 Shannon is one of the best diversion fields on the North Atlantic, with a long runway and a great team on the ground. A crew making a careful call and the system catching them smoothly is aviation working as designed.
@AeroCrewNews Love this. Controllers seeing pilot workload firsthand builds better teamwork on both ends of the frequency. And verifying every jumpseat rider in seconds is exactly the quiet safety layer we build at Veriflier.
@FAANews@FlySMF@kcranews Paper strips to electronic strips at 25 towers and counting. Great to see. The same shift is coming to crew credentials: paper and PDFs out, instant verified checks in. Nice work @FlySMF and @FAANews
$250M for states to counter unlawful drones. Detecting a drone is only half the job. Agencies also need to know who's flying it and whether they're authorized. That's the gap Veriflier solves.
.@POTUS is making $250M available to state & territorial governments to build capacity & reduce risks associated with the unlawful use of drones. This funding is part of the Working Families Tax Cut Act, which @POTUS signed into law in 2025.

My @bot agents were burning 430 runs a day. One prompt cut it to 85, and nothing broke. Copy it 👇
"Audit every routine you run. For each one, list its schedule, runs per day, and what action its result drives.
Match run frequency to how fast I'd actually act on the result.
No overnight runs unless the result is time-critical.
Merge overlapping routines into one digest.
Stay silent when nothing changed.
Pause anything with no useful result in 7 days.
Show a table of runs per day before vs after, with the reason for each change. Ask me before changing anything.
What's your bot wasting credits on?
