Člani odprave Artemis II so na Zemljo že poslali dva fotografska spominka z včerajšnjega bližnjega srečanja z Luno. Zahajajočo Zemljo nad Luninim skritim površjem in sončevo korono med mrkom, ko se je Sonce skrilo za Luno.

Dajmo to še enkrat razložiti. Imamo tri satelite, ker je prvi TRISAT zgorel novembra 2024. Od tega dva nista "najnaprednejša," ampak temeljita na že izdelanem satelitskem ogrodju CubeSat, ki se ga kupi in doda svoj payload. Platforma je stara 23 let. NEMA pa nismo izdelali mi, ampak smo bili mi operater in glavni partner, zgradili pa so ga v Torontu (UTIAS/SFL).

Yet here we are in 2026, with pocket supercomputers and AI that can do almost everything, we are still struggling to send humans back to the Moon.

Maybe NASA should dust off a few C64s and try again.😉

After 144 years of construction, one of the world's most extraordinary architectural masterpieces is now complete. Barcelona's Sagrada Familia has been shaped by Antoni Gaudi's vision for more than a century. Inspired by nature, geometry and faith, his design transformed the basilica into one of the world's most iconic landmarks.

On 10 June 2026, the Tower of Jesus Christ was inaugurated. Rising 172.5 metres above the city and crowned by a monumental cross, it completes the basilica’s highest architectural element and makes Sagrada Família the tallest church in the world.

This image was acquired by the Pléiades Neo constellation at 30cm resolution and enhanced using HD15 processing. Designed to improve the visual rendering of Pléiades Neo imagery, HD15 brightens colours and sharpens details, enabling easier interpretation of the basilica’s intricate architecture and its urban surroundings. ✨

ESA will implement an astronaut mission to the International Space Station for the Czech Republic with @vast 🇨🇿👨‍🚀

Member of @esa's astronaut reserve @astro_ales is planned to serve as the mission’s pilot and would become the first Czech astronaut to visit the International @Space_Station, alongside ESA astronaut @Thom_astro as commander. The mission is planned for no earlier than 2027.
