@kinthenorthwest@KenneyHinson @fitbit Try over 3 thousand comments and nearly 3 thousands product feedback suggestions to roll back the ‘new app’ - not only being ignored but hidden from view on the product feedback area they suggest. I still get the alerts but you can’t see it on their site…talk about ‘being evil’
@jeffmarshall are you still working at Fitbit as VP, Global Head of Customer Support? If so be good to hear your views on the ‘new’ app? It appears to have gone backwards with many requests, (nearly 3000), asking for it to be reverted.
@ajaysurie hi Ajay, as the group product manager for Fitbit can you let me know what’s happening with the app since it changed in October 2023? Some very simple and basic UI issues exit such as not showing activity in mins and seconds. This is 101 fitness data isn’t hard UI fix?
@fitbit How to kill a brand. Change the app, remove features, claim it’s still fitness app yet doesn’t even display activity with decimals - so it rounds up to minutes. It’s being ruined by Google. Lots of other features all over the place. What intern re-wrote the app to be worse?! Joke
@nectar How do I see which connected and linked services I've earned points from. I used to be able to - but can't see it anymore, just a long, long list of transactions. No easily aggregated lists...
I'll be taking part in a discussion panel at the following virtual event, hosted by Executive Leaders Network (ELN). Thursday 10th September, (today!)

@AngelaMBuxton@HRD_Connect I think you and Harry were the stars today, (although you’re media stars these days so it’s natural ☺️). Saying that Angela like a pro even though first time #natural Mark, the consummate professional too.
