@GEPF_SA But I sent an email to enquire Muthu thuso u i wana ngafhi if we are being treated like this and our pension money just dissappeared like that.
@GEPF_SA But I sent an email to enquire on the 01st of April 2026. There was no acknowledgement of receipt. Client service couldn't help and referred me to H/O. I have called several times and when an agent hears my complaint they hang up on me. Now 13:25 a Dorothy just hanged up.
We have been going back and forth with @StandardBankZA about mama’s matter. My mother’s pension was paid into her account, and by the second day the entire amount was transferred out to multiple accounts.
Her bank statement clearly shows that these transfers were done at a branch in Acornhoek. The problem is that my mother was in Nelspruit on that day. She did not travel to Acornhoek to make any transfers.
Despite this, the bank claims she performed the transactions but refuses to provide the account numbers where the money was sent. When funds leave an account, there must be a clear record of the destination accounts. Refusing to disclose that information raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability.
This is a pensioner’s money, and the handling of this situation is unacceptable.
YOU ARE FRAUDS!!!
After the tragic fire in my village Itsani, near Thohoyandou, I visited the Nobela family of 15 this morning. The family is facing unimaginable grief after losing three young children, aged 4, 3, and 2, in a devastating fire.
On that day, the little ones, children of Sarah and Shirley, two young mothers, were accidentally locked inside their one-room home. While playing with a lighter, a fire broke out, tragically taking their lives and leaving the family heartbroken.
Today, with my colleagues from the Collen Mashawana Foundation, we stood with the Nobela family to offer comfort, hope, and support during this unbearably difficult time. We have committed to:
•Rebuild their home, giving the family a safe space to start anew.
•Assist with funeral arrangements, standing beside them as they say goodbye to their precious children.
•Provide social worker support and therapy to help the family navigate their grief and trauma.
•Demolish the burnt structure, removing the painful reminder of the tragedy.
•Offer job opportunities to Sarah and Shirley, starting in two weeks, to help them sustain their family going forward.
Though nothing can replace the lives of these innocent children, we pray that through compassion, community support, and love, the Nobela family will find strength, healing, and hope for the future #collenmashawana #collenmashawanafoundation
