Your morning doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs 5 minutes that belong to you 🌱
I made a free guide: The 5-Minute Morning Reset.
Breathe. Hydrate. Move. One intention. Gratitude.

@hubermanlab@RobertGreene Greene's idea that awe is available in everyday life is underrated. My version is two minutes outside each morning, no phone, just noticing the sky. Small dose, but it resets how I see the whole day.
@dailystoic Took me years to get this one. Comparing my hand to everyone else's only made me play it worse. Once I stopped wishing for different cards, I started actually learning how to play mine.
@LewisHowes You don't have to wait to look back to get that feeling. Pick one simple thing you loved as a kid and do it this week, no goal attached. Carefree is a habit, not just an age.
Most people don't need more motivation.
They need fewer decisions.
Make these 3 tonight:
1. What you'll wear
2. Your first task
3. When your phone goes away
Tomorrow starts easier when it's already decided.
Which one would help you most?
@RyanHoliday The fix I keep coming back to: wait 48 hours before buying anything non-essential. Most of the urge fades once nobody's watching. Contentment is cheaper than any upgrade.
@thejustinwelsh So true. Simple seasons are rare, so protect them on purpose. Fewer commitments now means more energy for the work that actually compounds later.
You don't have to fix your whole life this month.
Just be a little kinder to the person in the mirror than you were in October.
That's still growth.
Who needs to hear this today?
@tinybuddha Needed this. Try one walk this week with no headphones and no podcast. It's surprising how quickly your own thoughts get clear once there's room for them.
@PsychToday Savoring is a skill. My go-to: when something good happens, pause for 10 seconds and actually name it. Tiny habit, but it trains your brain to notice the good too 🌿
@dailystoic This one hits. Hard days don't build character so much as show you what you've already practiced. So the real work is the small reps on easy days: keeping promises to yourself when nobody's watching. 💪
@garyvee Perspective is a daily practice, not a one-time switch. A tip that works for me: when something feels heavy, ask "Will this matter in a year?" Most of the time the answer shrinks the problem right down.
@elonmusk@bot Shipping fixes 7 days a week and actually reading the feedback is the whole growth playbook. Small daily improvements compound, for apps and for people.
