Global alliance of hackers united to amplify unheard voices. Breaking barriers, exposing truths, and advocating for justice. #Hackers#hacker#cybersecurity
The odds have always been just numbers to us.
They said a country of our size couldn't silence the Maracanã in 1950.
They said we couldn't conquer South Africa in 2010. They said "8 gigas de nada" and a concrete cell would silence my voice forever.
They were wrong every single time.
Today, Uruguay faces Spain. We carry the ghosts of 1950, the fire of 2010, and the unbreakable spirit of La Garra Charrúa.
This is about more than football. It’s about survival, hope, and the love that keeps us standing when the system tries to break us. Let’s make July 26 another date written in binary, carved into history. ¡Uruguay nomá! 🇺🇾🏴☠️

Memorando Oficial / Official Memorandum
De / From: Alberto Daniel Hill Antonioli
Para / To: Comité de Ética / Tribunal competente / Ethics Committee / Competent Court
I. Antecedentes / Background
EN: BCA LTD, through its representative Mauro Cáseres (publicly operating as Mauro Eldritch), filed a complaint with Cloudflare alleging trademark infringement. The complaint listed “Registration Number” 11935300, corresponding to the registration of Birmingham Cyber Arms Company Limited at Companies House (UK).
This number does not correspond to a registered trademark, since trademarks in the United Kingdom are registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), not Companies House. Presenting a company registration number as if it were a trademark registration number constitutes, at minimum, false or seriously misleading information.
II. Patrón de comportamiento / Pattern of Conduct
EN: This incident adds to a documented pattern: promotion of threat actors of dubious existence, use of opaque corporate structures, and operations that appear to be reduced to a single individual under a corporate façade.
III. Contraste con prácticas transparentes / Contrast with Transparent Practices
EN: My identity is verified on X, my location is public and verifiable, and I maintain formal records of my work, including copyright registrations of my thesis in the US and Uruguay.
IV. Análisis jurídico y ético / Legal and Ethical Analysis
EN: The use of false information to remove critical content is ethically reprehensible. More seriously: if a company deceives to censor a PDF, how can it be considered responsible to conduct a criminal investigation that defines the future of a 19‑year‑old?
V. Conclusión y exigencia / Conclusion and Demand
EN: I demand that BCA LTD publicly clarify whether it holds a valid trademark supporting the complaint filed with Cloudflare, and explain why a company registration number was used as if it were a trademark number. A company that deceives to remove evidence cannot be entrusted with defining the life of a young person through an arrest.
📎 Anexo I / Annex I – Cloudflare Notification
EN: Attached is a screenshot of the Cloudflare notification. The number 11935300 corresponds to a company registration at Companies House, not a registered trademark at UKIPO. Its use as “trademark” constitutes false information.

Based on the materials provided, Alberto Daniel Hill has publicly stated that the police arrested the wrong person regarding the TuID Antel incident.
In a video recording, Hill explicitly states: "La policía se equivocó".
His assessment, as documented in his analyses, is that the individual arrested—a 19-year-old youth—was used as a convenient "scapegoat" ("chivo expiatorio") to provide a quick resolution to the public incident.
Hill contends that the authorities, under pressure to show results, targeted the "weakest link in the chain" based on intelligence provided by BCA LTD, which he argues was contaminated or manipulated.
According to his forensic reports, this young man was already a known figure in hacker forums (having been previously doxxed), making him an accessible target for an institution needing a fast victory to project a sense of security.
