@BensonsForBeds technician booked but they can’t come till early May. So 2 weeks to get an assessment but then potentially no issues will be found as your advisor said. Why is it usual for the mattress to collapse in places that you fall into and is lumpy? After 4 years? Post 2/2

@sainsburys opened eggs made scrambled eggs tasted awful cracked open more these smelt bad of cracking BBE 27/04 display until 20/04. Whole meal spoilt. Hope I’m not unwell. Please look into this

@MoonpigUK ordered a card. Said delivery Friday 19/3/20. I thought great birthday on the 20th so even if it’s a day late it’ll be there in time. It’s now Tuesday the 23rd and it’s still not arrived .... 😡

@bt_uk account closed in December. At least 8 calls since then to make sure the account is closed. Every month I’ve received a bill and last night I received another. Why is it so hard for someone to close an account. 😞

@FedExHelp paid for international shipping. Giving an arrival date of Friday 5th March before 6pm. Changed to end of day never arrived. I’m hoping it’s delivered today but it’s now 3 days late.

@whoop waiting for a delivery - got rescheduled by a day. Supposed to be delivered today 5th March before 6am. At 20:00 it was updated to end of day. It is now 22:30 - and it’s not here - do I assume it’s not coming today? Las status said left the depo near my area?

@bt_uk don’t use them! Had to ring to close an account 4 times. Been charged x2 since this. Had to call again to get the amount re credited. And they’ve kept the credit in the account for 2 months. Saying another 5 days till I get all the bill payments I’ve incorrectly paid back

@PersimmonHomes waiting for someone to get back to me since before Xmas with resolutions to issues raised - now being told out of warranty for one of them I reported via phone again all before Xmas - several issues with paint work. Leaking gutter and brickwork issues outstanding.

@VodafoneUK STAY CLEAR OF VODAPHONE. mis sold contact. Contacted them on numerous occasions. A year on still nothing. Have another £1000 to pay for usage I don’t need as I was told it could act as my internet for the hose. When it didn’t work I couldn’t cancel. Poor service.

@NatWest_Help I did that when I made the call as was advised too. Spoken to the bank who paid the DD they have put in a reversal/refund request. Haven’t had my letter confirmation of the payment holiday. But it was confirmed over the phone - can you confirm this for me ?
