I visited one of your branches this evening and was disappointed to see that the disability bays had restricted access. I informed a member of staff who originally said there was access but that they would speak to the manager. It wasn't moved when we had finished.

@AirMalta can you please tell me why I'm still booked onto the return flight when my inbound flight was cancelled and I asked for a refund? I've emailed the refund department twice and have only received automated responses back. Phone line isn't working to talk to a person.

@missbeckyx @TUIUK @AirMalta I emailed them again to remind them I wanted a refund and that I would've taking them up on the upgrade offer as we never actually flew with them as they cancelled our inbound flight 😅 I had the automated reply saying 60 working business days now

@MartinSLewis we live in Wales and due to fly from Heathrow 20/07 the flight is on, but we can't travel more than 5 miles. Where do we stand with a refund?

#AskDrH  that was a bit misguiding as most teachers will be in school. The children are split so theteachers are with the other groups. The class is split into a third then they need 3 teachers per class. Reception, year 1 and year 6 = 9 teachers add more if more than 1 class
