I had a similar experience with @Flipkart, and it has been extremely frustrating.

I ordered a new phone with an exchange offer for my old device. During pickup, the exchange executive rejected my phone, claiming it had a screen issue. The problem is that my phone has no such defect.

I immediately contacted Flipkart Support, and they asked me to email photos of the device for verification. I did exactly that, but despite following every instruction, there has been no resolution.

To avoid further delays, I even offered to pay the ₹9,150 exchange value myself and purchase the new phone without the exchange. Even then, Flipkart has not provided a solution.

When I asked for proof of the alleged screen defect, none was provided. A customer's exchange should not be rejected based on an unsupported claim.

This isn't just about my phone—it's about transparency, accountability, and fair treatment of customers. If companies can reject exchanges without evidence, every customer is at risk.

I hope @Flipkart resolves this immediately. Otherwise, I'll be pursuing the matter through the Consumer Commission for unfair trade practices and deficiency in service.
