@BarclaysUKHelp Hi Barclays, I have a number of clients who are waiting for your service to be back up and running so they can move into their new homes. Saying that you will let us know when it is fixed is not good enough. Have you identified the cause and can you give any timescales to fix?

@firstdirecthelp I did try the advice here https://t.co/MrzDYIX8F3 but with no luck. HSBC wouldn’t do an account switch service because they said FD is the same bank but equally wouldn’t help me change my name, so it’s not the same bank
@firstdirecthelp I have called, you are sending me a form but I need to find a doctor, solicitor or lawyer that I’m not related to which will take time! All other banks walked in and arranged in under 5mins. I’m sorry for this too because I like you FD!
