ON FASTING
Fasting is separation from pleasurable things, food (is a must) and many other things so that you can give yourself to God in prayers and the word with meditation.

To make your fasting produce maximally, have a list of focus, gather relevant scriptures on your area of focus, study those scriptures and meditate on them, write prayer points from those scriptures and pray them in line with the word, document them and turn them to declarations all through the fasting period.

Get relevant books on your areas of focus and read with the mind to receive instructions and inspiration from the Lord.
Fasting becomes hunger strike if you don’t spend quality time with the Lord in prayers, studying and meditation.
To get the best out of fasting, narrow down your focus, don’t be all over, you can break your fasting into days with specific focus e.g day 1-7 healing, day 8-16 marital settlement etc.

During fasting be sensitive, a major proof of your fasting is not how lean you become or the flat belly that you acquire but rather the instructions you receive and the impartations that follows.

@IAmFolukemi @lollypeezle Honestly, when you have to do all these it's a lot of work. I have been battling with NIN for months now. BVN took about 5 months. It's just the way our system is in this country. Once changed on either of these 2 it ought to reflect on the other.
