Can’t believe how Disgraceful @BritishGas are. 3 enginneers not turned up, 5 appointment moves, 5 MONTH wait for a leaking boiler and service. Surely they must be breaking there contract here to me as a consumer. Offered a £50 ( Bribe) if I didn’t escalate my complaint!! AWFUL

@BritishGasHelp Absolutely awful service !! Basically I’m paying to sort it out myself. Leaving a house with 3 young children, one under the age of three with no hot water for 19days and being told to sort it out yourself !! Awful
