@DMTWestEnd your website booking system is terrible! There's no way to get back to the calendar to search for another performance date and the back and forward search takes SO long! No wonder it's taking everyone so long to book tickets!

@thetrainline your customer service needs to improve. Pregnant customer (my sister) calls to ask if they can travel on an earlier train from Manchester to Newcastle as she is feeling unwell, and you say yes but when she calls back with ref no. you try and charge £70! Awful.
