Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.

@AskPS_UK Spoke to someone on that number, they said I had get PlayStation plus to play the game again (even though I said I bought the full game digitally not on ps plus) didn't work.
Want refund for ps plus. Please fix immediately or I will demand refund for game too

@AskPS_UK The only add on available is the goty edition upgrade but says it's unavailable to download. I'm assuming it's because I paid for for the first season of the normal version, not the GOTY
