Everyone thinks Claude Code is just for engineers.
The truth is it’s one of the most underrated tools for product managers. It’s basically a cheat code for anyone buried in ops grind and endless analysis.
Here’s how I use it day-to-day 🧵
Bits AI 周りの課金体系変わってる!
Bits AI SRE 含めて AI クレジット課金になり、Bits Chat (Bits Assistant) は利用するツールごとに単価が変わるけれど、比較的割安な単価が設定されてそうに見える👀

@marty_kausas running into same dilemma at datadog I really see per seat is outdated doesn’t scale, usage is what’s truly being implemented but requires strong governance guardrails, and outcome is ideal but is real sticker shock to customers
Incredible milestone for PathAI to be acquired by Roche. Over the past decade, PathAI helped push digital pathology from an emerging idea into real workflows used by pathologists to improve patient outcomes at scale. Grateful I had the chance to help contribute to this vision.
Datadog’s Anomaly Reasoning Framework benchmark, built on real incident data, shows a pattern of humans and AI failing in different ways, and the best results come from combining domain expertise with model reasoning
We’ve launched Bits Assistant to help customers search and act across Datadog to resolve issues faster. Few examples below on how we see customers use it.

The best AI models can only answer 63% of basic questions about production outages. Your on-call engineers get 72%.
But here's the twist: they fail on completely different questions. Combine them and you hit 87%.
We built a benchmark to measure this, and a new model (Toto-1.0-QA-Experimental) that matches GPT-5 at a fraction of the cost. Great work from @stephofx and team!

Growing AI usage has made me realize an uncomfortable truth that most job functions never really had rigorous review processes, unlike software engineering where code review is built into the workflow. For PMs, data analysts, and content writers, work is often trusted by default, lightly spot checked, or reviewed through subjective stakeholder feedback. Now with AI, I’m realizing we don’t even have clear ways to evaluate what these roles produce in the first place.
