@BarclaysUKHelp I want to close my credit card account but phone lines are shut and only open when I’m at work and the messaging service on the app isn’t working…. How else can I sort this?
@hoka I have just bought some Giovata 6’s and why on earth are the insoles so sharp 😩 they are such comfy shoes but I’ve been for a walk and the razor sharp insole have pretty much cut my arches!

@Jacamo we have 2 missing orders and both should have been delivered next day. I can’t get through to anyone on live chat and the phone number in your website doesn’t even connect. Please could you check what’s going on? I need my suits for a wedding tomorrow and ordered days ago

@FitbitSupport my charge 5 Fitbit is no longer tracking my walks correctly. I set the GPS tracking when I set off and can see the route I have done. When I end the walk, the gps tracking then disappears and is subsequently now not syncing with my Strava
@Jacamo we’ve missed a next day delivery by 7 mins because Evri didn’t sent us the delivery email in time. I can’t get to speak to anyone at Evri, is there anyway your team can contact them regarding the parcel?

@unitedutilities I’ve come home to find that someone has been doing work right outside my front door… guessing UU doing something with the water meter that I never agreed to be fitted last year. Is there any way of finding out what works have been done today?
@BootsHelp every time I try and log into my account, it says my password is incorrect and locks my account, I’ve tried to re-set my password but nothing is working! Is there is a system issue?
@newlook I placed an order last Thursday for delivery and on Saturday I had an email from Evri saying there was a unexpected delay with my parcel and no further updates since. I have tried to contact Evri and had no luck. What shall I do?

@Sonos I had alarms set on the old app and now can’t change them, it was set at 7.25am and went off this morning on my Sonos one! So I’m going to get woken at 7.25am every single day from now on because I can’t turn the alarm off in the new app?!?!
