@OctopusEnergy moved house, it has a silly dual meter, not sure what tariff I’m on but it’s 62p /day and 25p /night rate. Is this is so high because of that dual? ( can see there’s a separate energy price guarantee on my bill) can I change my meter into a normal one?
@northener181 You have the same as me, take a look at your meter it should give you indication when you’re using day or night. My meter has an arrow pointing to when I’m using normal/Low. In the pic I’m on night rate but it’s 7am lol so could be different for each meter.
@NatWest_Help there seems to be an issue your end, I’ve tried 4G too. I really need to access my accounts to pay suppliers today. Hope it’s resolved soon.
@BristolAirport so next Tuesday I have paid £80 aspire Bristol lounge but looking at all the reviews &awful experiences it’s not looking great 😳 so preempting a full refund already who do I need to email if this service is not available and like this next week?
