@JioCare My Internet has been down since a few days, a technician visited and he said that the wire near the node was cut so he fixed it. It’s again down today and I scheduled the service visit again and engineer visit is on 02-Mar-2026. What until then? Any help please?

@JioCare I was told that Air Fibre services were not up to the mark in my area. I have recharged with my normal Jio Fibre as of now, but I have issues with the hardware and have highlighted the same several times. Please help me get replacement so that I can use the services effectively

You fail to deliver the orders either completely or deliver them extremely late. My pick order of empty jars has been lingering around for quite some time and it still hasn’t been picked up. There are different excuses I am getting from your customer service team
@reliancejio@JioCare I have been experiencing WiFi connectivity issues for quite some time now. I have complained about the same and the technician did say that the router needs to be replaced but it hasn’t been done. Every time someone comes and says everything is fine.
@JioCare I am in front of the Jio router.
But by the time you see this and respond and I see your response I’m not sure I’ll still be in front of the router.
How do I go about this? It’s important that the router be replaced as resetting it and doing the same things isn’t solving the issues and now I have also changed my laptop bought a brand new one so it can’t be the laptop as well.
I ordered a @Lenskart_com#Aqualens NXT Monthly and it #hurts my eye making it impossible to use them. While @Lenskart_com has a return policy on the glasses they don’t have anything on contact lenses. Very weird!!
