@AirCanada recently I flew from Phoenix to Istanbul by Air Canada , my brand new Samsonite suitcase is cracked and also my Creed Aventis Cologne worth 500$ was stolen, open empty bottle was left inside, no cologne smell inside to prove it didn’t leak inside. Very stressful!!

@VerizonNews @VerizonSupport Verizon issued me gift card and it shows zero balance as Cusotmer service used and made a mistake and said it will be refunded but I still see zero balance. No one is helping out, the rebate is due since about 1 year. @VerizonVentures

@united first cancelled flight 2428 and now cancelled 2241 , I had cancels hotels book new hotels and car rental for new day and now again same issue. On hold for 2+ hours for Cusotmer service, it’s urgent !! Please call me , I need to go to NYC asap
