Customer waits at the pickup point. Captain doesn't arrive but swipes arrived causing not only waiting time exhaustion but waiting time charges also. Didn't answer repeated calls during the 3 minutes waiting time. At the end putting the blame on me.

put take the discussion to in a direction so that he does not have to go beyond his comfort zone. He went on say that the emails which are not supposed to reach the inbox of the particular ID are reaching due to some glitch. He chose the easy path to save his skin at that moment
