@jesserbnwtz 5/ You're doing great work but the way to lower barriers to services isn't to lower service levels with unlicensed providers, but instead to ALLOW everyone capable of serving to do so, and to REQUIRE they be trained in addressing critical needs and case managing the unhoused.

1/ Re licensing, a point to consider: I am licensed in Rehab Counseling, an LPC in DC, but haven't been able to serve unhoused because DC Medicaid has taken 18 months to NOT process my agency's enrollment.

@senrobportman Would we call it alcohol overdose? No we would call it POISONING and charge the bartender with murder. Instead, with Opioids and fentanyl, we blame the addict saying they "overdosed". Unless they KNEW how much fentanyl was in their supply, they did not OD. They were poisoned 2/
