आप तो ITBP में IG रहे हैं. as IG अगर आप ITBP के कैडर अफसरों को OGAS से जुड़े लाभ दिलाने के लिए प्रयास किए होते तो ये अधिकारी कोर्ट क्यो जाते? क्या आप की कोई दलील /तर्क/दस्तावेज कोर्ट में पेश होने से रह गई है ? कोर्ट में OGAS के हक के किए गए CAPFs अफसरों को आप नौकरी छोड़ने की सलाह दे रहे हैं. क्या आप ने नौकरी छोड़ी? SC के निर्णय के अनुपालन का गृह सचिव के पद माँगने के कुतर्क का क्या link है? सरकार को क़ानून लाने का पूर्ण अधिकार है लेकिन जिस विषय पर SC ने निर्णय दिया ऐसे विषय पर कानून लाना, न भूतो न भविष्यति..अब चीज़ें असहज होंगी .. उत्तर भी तलाशा जाएगा.

The PM and HM both are from Gujrat a border state and have deep knowledge about functioning of border guarding forces. Even then the black bill is drafted,introduced and discussed????

I can imagine the narrative already set by BjP it cell terming them anti national. BJP stooping too low. CAPF asking for dues not favour .

Dubey Sir, with deep respect for your service and the courage you have displayed throughout your career, including your work in one of India’s premier investigation agencies, I am writing this as a genuine fan and admirer.

I have no personal grievance against CAPF officers. I genuinely sympathise with the stagnation faced by CAPF cadre officers in promotions and service conditions. That is a real problem deserving real solutions.
But something troubled me over the last few days and I felt compelled to study it carefully.

When I traced the origin of this anti police campaign, I noticed that most veteran accounts, including decorated officers like you, were inactive or absent from X until the last week of March 2026. Around that weekend, there was a sudden coordinated reactivation, alongside several anonymous accounts with dubious credentials pushing not a campaign for CAPF service conditions, but a targeted campaign against IPS officers and existing police leadership. The goalpost had quietly shifted from legitimate promotion demands to maligning IPS, distorting constitutional provisions, and pressuring removal of IPS from CAPF leadership — something the Supreme Court never actually directed.

One factual point being consistently obscured: India’s Police forces recruitment operates at four distinct levels — Constable, Sub-Inspector/Inspector, DSP/AC and IPS through All India Services. CAPF Assistant Commandants enter at tier three, equivalent to State PSC DSPs who are equally gazetted and equally honourable. The CAPF General Administration Act 2026 already gives CAPF cadre a path to ADGP — higher than what State PSC DSPs can ordinarily aspire to. Tier three wanting to occupy tier four leadership positions while converting Central security organisations into isolated silos is not a service condition demand but it is a constitutionally contested institutional restructuring claim.

Sir, what disappoints me is seeing decorated veterans like yourself amplifying content from anonymous accounts with no verifiable credibility. These accounts are not campaigning for CAPF rights — they are manufacturing an ecosystem to defame and target police leadership. Your credibility lends that ecosystem a legitimacy it has not earned. You replying/posting to the thread of a fake profile itself is an example of vicious echo chamber.

On the judicial and legislative question: the Supreme Court’s authority is absolute and must be respected. But Parliament also has sovereign authority to legislate within constitutional limits and the Court has every mechanism to examine any overreach. What must not happen is coordinated social media pressure designed to coerce outcomes outside those legitimate processes.

I have been tracking this campaign and understood how it was architected and sustained. The officers being targeted must be equally aware if not more and have every right to defend themselves through legitimate legal and administrative means.

Sir, campaign for CAPF rights by all means as it is your constitutional right. But your stature is above fake accounts and dubious content creators. I hope this message is received in the spirit it is sent i.e. with respect, concern and a genuine hope this does not escalate into something that damages the institutions all of us depend upon.

सोचिए:

📍 जो कड़कड़ाती ठंड में सीमा पर खड़े हैं...
📍 जो दंगे और आपदा में हमें बचाते हैं...
अगर वही जवान कहें कि
'हमें यूज करके फेंक दिया गया',
तो हमारा सिर शर्म से झुक जाना चाहिए .
इन्हें मिलना ही चाहिए इनके हक का:–
