Warm Welcome to #Karnataka #Bengaluru Hon'ble Union Minister Shri @HardeepSPuri on the occasion of inaguration of Mysore Road to Kengeri Extended #NammaMetro @BSBommai @PCMohanMP @Tejasvi_Surya @RAshokaBJP

It's Homebuyers who suffers if Regulators are threatened & intimidated by Builders. We appeal to @mlkhattar Ji, to order investigation by #CBI or High Court Judge as allegations by @DrKKKhandelwal ji is of very serious nature. @narendramodi @AmitShah @HardeepSPuri @ZeeBusiness

[M.S.Shankar. @msshankar1961]

@Rajeev_GoI @narendramodi #RERA is one of the revolutionary reform of @BJP4India & playing a vital role in bringing discipline in RE Industry. Now with #homebuyers utilizing their Legal Rights, RERA is addressing many issues & we #FPCE will continue to track its effectiveness & loopholes to plug the same.

[Rajeev Chandrasekhar 🇮🇳 @RajeevRC_X]

RERA was yet another landmark legislation by @narendramodi govt that gave Consumers/Citizns legal rights n ensure Accountblty of Builders to home buyers.

[Surendra Kumar @KSurendra41]

@PMOIndia @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia Solution to stressed homebuyers and key to revival of housing sector lies in enabling homebuyers initiate insolvency proceedings against real estate corporate debtors. Kindly rationalize the threshold eligibility criteria to 10 from 100.

@FightForRERAInd @DrKKKhandelwal @BCG @on_india @ZeeBusiness @iam_deepaky @narendramodi @HardeepSPuri @Secretary_MoHUA @AnilSinghvi_ @msshankar1961 @PMOIndia It's shocking indeed. If sector Regulator himself can be threatened and coerced then what homebuyers must be going through at the hands of Builders can be imagined. @HMOIndia must look into it, investigate and take action against such builders. @AmitShah

@FightForRERAInd @DrKKKhandelwal @abhaykol @BCG @on_india @ZeeBusiness @iam_deepaky @narendramodi @HardeepSPuri @Secretary_MoHUA @AnilSinghvi_ @PMOIndia We (#Fpce) rightly analysed and keep voicing that ample powers are vested on #RERA act but will to enforce them are missing by #Authorities. Unfortunately no options but #homebuyers have to patiently fight for their rights to get justice against #BatalianofLawyers of #builders.

Shocking revelations by @DrKKKhandelwal ji abt #builders. @abhaykol questions report by @BCG @on_india & cites lack of relevant data. Must watch. @ZeeBusiness @iam_deepaky @narendramodi @HardeepSPuri @Secretary_MoHUA @AnilSinghvi_ @msshankar1961 @PMOIndia

@KailashBabarET @FightForRERAInd @Secretary_MoHUA @EconomicTimes @HardeepSPuri @abhaykol @MamataOfficial @msshankar1961 @pratimbose @MoHUA_India Hon'ble WB CM @MamataOfficial can act with lightning speed to constitute Judicial Commission to probe #Pegasus case.

But no such urgency shown to follow SC Judgement passed more than 2 months ago to implement #RERA. Suffering #homebuyers are of no priority for your Govt?

@FightforReraKar @KailashBabarET @Secretary_MoHUA @EconomicTimes @HardeepSPuri @abhaykol @MamataOfficial @msshankar1961 @pratimbose @MoHUA_India It's so sad and unfortunate that HBs in #WestBengal are suffering from all sides. Obviously #Builders must be celebrating such a deliberately created situation. @TOIKolkata @KrishbTOI

Homebuyers are left in the lurch in #WestBengal as there is no grievance redressal mechanism after 2 months since SC held #WBHIRA unconstitutional. We approached @Secretary_MoHUA 4 speedy RERA implementation. @HardeepSPuri @MamataOfficial @SanmargHindi @madhusingh1234 @abhaykol

Enforcement of #RERA in Karnataka is pathetic and It is hightime @CMofKarnataka @BSYBJP intervene to review its functioning.

Without fire there cannot be smoke as has seen by all Media report today on #RERAKarnataka #5yearsofRERA @DeccanHerald @THBengaluru @TOIBengaluru

We #homebuyers of Karnataka thank Hon'ble PM @narendramodi ji & @BJP4India for recognising the services of @rajeev_mp & inducting him into ministry. We proudly call him as #NammaMP who has been protecting Bengaluru for many years & his inclusion would benefit youth of #Bengaluru

Historic blunder undone today. Two yrs of untiring effort saved RERA & HBs interest. Effort by #Builders to render #RERA redundant failed & Justice finally prevailed.
Grateful to @MoHUA_India 4 support.
#WBHIRA declared unconstitutional by SC.
Big thank you @dbharuka
