Because of the dishonest N.Y. Times and its corrupt reporter Matthew Goldstein, the internet will not even give me the satisfaction of acknowledging my total victory in my defamation lawsuit against Nine Entertainment. Not only did I win, but it was perhaps the most decisive win in the history of Australian defamation law. Plus, I won seven consecutive judgments against Nine, setting an Australian record.

Nine's conduct was so bad that it could not even submit a valid defense. It tried three times, but all three were thrown out by the judge for lack of evidence. It was ordered to pay me a sum that exceeded the maximum allowed under Australian law and to pay my legal costs on an indemnity basis, which is reserved for the most egregious conduct. In fact, discovery revealed that Nine not only defamed me, but its "journalists" Nick McKenzie and Charlotte Grieve lied and committed fraud.

Citing the N.Y. Times as its source, Google only reports that I "settled a defamation lawsuit against the Australian media company Nine Entertainment over their reporting on the matter" involving the investigation of my bank.

The reason the N.Y. Times refuses to publish that I won my lawsuit is that Matt Goldstein worked with Grieve and McKenzie to defraud the public into believing I was guilty of committing crimes they knew I did not commit.

Matthew Goldstein is a liar and a fraud. Nothing he writes in the N.Y. Times can be believed. Goldstein does not care about the truth. He has no ethics or principles. He is a tool of government propaganda. He is a disgrace to the profession of journalism, and as long as he is employed by the N.Y. Times, no one should read that publication or believe anything it reports.

In case any one of them wants to sue me for defamation, to quote Clint Eastwood as Dirty Harry, "Go ahead, make my day."
