wasted an evening travelling across London only to find one @Wickes doesn’t have stock of what they say they do. Staff said ‘probably stolen’ then walk off. If that’s not bad enough, second store doesn’t even exist even though on maps??? Turns out it’s a Volvo garage. Just poor!!

Got @BritishGas Homecare drain cover and got a flooded flat. Told it’s not an Emergancy apparently so now have to live with no kitchen, heating or boiler as turning it on would risk flooding. Have to wait 6 days in winter for it to be unblocked. HOMECARE/DONTCARE
