Seems like it's time for Indian IT services companies to tighten their seatbelts as this announcement by the Trump administration could cause a major upheaval. For a long time, these companies have relied on H-1B visas to staff their U.S. ops.

Amul Taaza milk is not Taaza! Amul Fresh Paneer is not Fresh! ORSL is not an ORS. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup is not fresh.

How is this possible? Because brands can trademark and copyright the words “Taaza”, “Fresh”, "Kachi Ghani” etc. If you turn around any of these products, you will find this line “This is only a brand name or trademark, and does not represent it’s true nature”

Many brands are using names like “fresh”, “natural” and 99% of the public is falling for these marketing gimmicks!

Remember, just the way, we shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, we shouldn’t judge a food product by its front package!
