@PMOIndiaGen Shekatkar Committee was to suggest how Army can be made professionally & operationally better prepared by withdrawing them from non combatant duties from supporting Corps & organisation like MES DRDO. But oposite has been done with vested interest Gp in Army (MES)

MES Civilians (IDSE) officers are being ruined by Army (Corps of engineers) by reducing their sanctioned vacancy without approval of cabinet secretary. An emergency like situation has been created.It is high that RM intervenes. PMO mayl like to act.
