@DTDCIndia was supposed to deliver my important documents to Ahmedabad by yesterday evening. My passport appointment is tomorrow, and they’ve dumped it at a hub 30 km away, asking me to pick it up myself. Absolutely frustrated with their delay and service—never using them again!

Frustrated with ECS charges deducted from my @AxisBank account! Paid almost 10k this year, ensured enough balance for all SIPs, EMIs, PPF, and credit card payments, yet ₹2000 was still deducted in December. Is this the right way to treat customers who stay on top of payments?
