I taught my phone to text me when I sleep badly.

This morning it did. 5h 30m in bed — a note on my lock screen before I'd even made coffee.

same data has my HR, breathing & HRV every night. my phone has my steps.

next: does my HRV track how much I walked? what does my resting HR do after a heavy week?

@NammaBESCOM After having the audacity of not maintaining the power stable for 15 mins, the authorities shout becuase customers (who are paying for this) are facing discomfort. @CMofKarnataka grear scheme of free electricity. Would be beneficial if you also ensure supply.
