పిల్లలపై నేరాలకు పాల్పడినట్లుగా తీవ్రమైన ఆరోపణలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న వ్యక్తులకు మతపరమైన సంస్థల పరిపాలన బాధ్యతలు అప్పగించడం సముచితం కాదని పేర్కొంటూ, చట్టపరమైన అంశాలను సమగ్రంగా పరిశీలించి, దర్గా పవిత్రత, ప్రతిష్ఠ, భక్తుల విశ్వాసం పరిరక్షించేలా తగిన చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని వక్ఫ్ బోర్డుకు తెలియచేశారు. పరిశీలించి తీసుకున్న చర్యలపై నివేదిక సమర్పించాలని ఆ లేఖలో పేర్కొన్నారు.
