@oculus your delivery people claimed to deliver, but didn't. They've admitted this, that the item is lost. I have sent 2 x support tickets in the past week and had no replies.

I'm £400 out of pocket for a Quest 2 and no way to contact anybody to get a refund. Please reply

@RishiSunak I give financial advice to dentists, the majority of whom pay a lot of tax & will get nothing from your provision for self employed. They put their lives at risk working until lockdown and continue to see emergency patients with inadequate protective gear. Poor show
