@Uber @Uber_Support why is it impossible to reach someone at uber for help? you go thru frustrating menus, and reach no where. Absolutely ridiculous. I am sure they can afford humans to help their human customers.

@tacobellcare How can you make me wait 30 mins to make my order and it still ends up being wrong!! Disgraceful but the real question is do they really even care?
