@TransLink is there something wrong with the career centre? For days I've tried to move through an application and I can't get past agreeing to the terms.
I had a wonderful experience with @AirCanada yesterday! Left something on the plane and they were able to retrieve it within 20 minutes. I know they get a lot of grief but this was exceptional service! Thanks @AirCanada! #goodtravelstory
2/2 ...anything additional for customer loyalty. I asked for them to beat the price and waive my shipping fee but they declined. Poor customer retention.
Disappointed in my exchange with @clearlyca 's customer service today. I found a cheaper price for contact lenses with @kitseyecare and Clearly was ready to price match but required me to pay full price and wait for an adjustment in 3-5 business days. They didn't offer me.. 1/2
