I visited the service center 2–3 times and was told the alignment was fixed, but there is no improvement.

This is a serious safety risk for the driver and others. I raised this via email 10+ days ago and have received no response. Request urgent intervention.

I replaced my windshield & Fastag a month back, since then, I can’t transfer my annual pass. NHIDCL says 2 active tags, SBI shows only 1 tag. Both keep blaming each other, no solution. We pay hefty fees yet zero support.

Yes it requires more skills and time but if performance is your priority then this is the way also for VR
