I did get to a support person yesterday, after much checking agreed there was a hardware fault.

Having support over weekends would be worth considering. I will also have to wait up to 6 weeks, which is not reasonable given the subscription is wasted.

@AskWithings @Withings I bought a scanwatch 17 Jan 23, 25th Jan 25 it has stopped charging.

Less than 40 charges, on a battery that should charge 500 times.

There is no way to get support either.
