I mean honestly, would a hacker with the same name and all those details be trying to gain access to a 20+ year old dormant account with a couple of games now worth about £1 each? Whatever happened to common sense! @Steam_Support@Steam?
Even though I have the username, password, email address, details of games on the account, email proof of a gifted game from 2007 & a passport showing my name matches the username on the account, @Steam won't apply common sense and grant access without a CD key from 20 years ago
@tobycarvery Purchased 2 under 12 kids meals (2 courses), went back to the bar to order the deserts after the mains & told I couldn't have them because I didn't order them at the time? Could clearly see I'd paid for 2 courses and only had 1 but "couldn't do anything". Ridiculous!
@TUIUK Hey TUI. Did you know that adding a date of birth to a secondary adult passenger on an existing booking makes the system want to charge you extra? I just noticed it wasn't filled in (it wasn't prompted for during the booking) so thought I'd add it. I won't be now though ;)

Hey @digitalocean can we expect that tickets will now be responded to by AI? My last encounter resulted in an AI regurgitated and factually incorrect answer, seemingly without human review. This is not what customers want that open a ticket.
@digitalocean No problem. It's 10901192. The initial response I received was the same I got from your AI chatbot (which also gave the wrong answer, hence the support ticket). It's also confusing how the "Support" link at the top goes to docs and the link in the sidebar goes to tickets.
@WooCommerce Did you know that when trying to complete the form on your "Get Support" page and ticking "My site is offline or inaccessible" the "System Status Report" field disappears but you cannot submit the form because of the message "Please provide a System Status Report." ?
@coopuk I can't send a screenshot of it because it expires after a few minutes if it's not redeemed. It's also a moving barcode so a screenshot is pointless. It seems staff just need to be trained on what to do with @Pampers_UK e-coupons 🤷🏻♂️
Dear @Pampers_UK, meet @coopuk. @coopuk meet @Pampers_UK. When I present a moving Pampers app barcode at checkout, I'm met by total bewilderment, like I'm some sort of wizard. I lost 2K points to this Friday because staff gave up. Waste of everyone's time.
It would be helpful @AskAtlassian if we could see how much space each repo is taking up. Right now, I only see an overview of the entire account. Have I really got to go through 50 projects to figure out where the space is being taken up? Also, can you not allow us to git-gc?!
