@BDailey222 @Jbooty88 No kidding. Again, soccer has a poorer retention rate for youth sports compared to others. Not sure why you seem confused here. That was the point of my original post. Just because it’s “popular” it doesn’t matter when most kids decide it isn’t fun and quit at a young age.

@cremieuxrecueil I played soccer all growing up. Watching that game made me not want to watch that sport anymore. Slow, lacking intensity, bonehead plays, and wimpy guys who flop and complain every chance they get. There are simply better sports options to view

@Jbooty88 People said the same about hockey. USA hockey totally changed their development model and now the US is an absolute powerhouse and putting out better players per capita than any other nation. It’s also a much more expensive sport. It starts from the ground up.
