We're excited to announce that Tom Linford has joined the Cowboy Space Corporation team.
Tom spent over a decade anchoring the engineering foundation at Robinhood. Joining as their fourth engineer in 2014, he wrote much of the core backend functionality from scratch, establishing the database strategies and test infrastructure that supported the app through its earliest days.
He later transitioned into leading the engineering teams through their most explosive growth chapters, scaling the backend team from 5 to nearly 50 engineers and the platform infrastructure team from 15 to nearly 100.
Most recently, Tom served as the CTO at Worthy, a startup building AI-powered software services for the 300,000 financial advisors in the United States. He shaped the early technical strategy and product direction in the rapidly moving AI space, where he realized the critical importance of compute.
Tom will lead our software team into the high frontier.
Welcome to the team, Tom.

Redwire’s VP, Corporate Advancement, Rich Boling joined a panel along with industry experts to discuss the future of America’s leadership in Space. He emphasized what we know to be true: strong collaboration between government and private industry is essential to growing a thriving space economy.
Right now, biotech innovations like pharmaceutical development are flourishing on the ISS. As we look ahead, ensuring a smooth transition from the ISS to commercial space stations is critical and Redwire continues to be focused on advancing breakthroughs in space that will benefit patients here on Earth.
Thank you,@RepDaleStrong for your leadership and support of @NASA and thank you to @NASA_Marshall Center for their commitment to ensure Alabama remains at the forefront of innovation and creating opportunities for our nation. Thank you to @csf_space and the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce for hosting this important discussion!
