(1/2) TAD: unit of higher-order genome folding. It's conformation assigns set of regulatory elements to regulate the expression of coding sequences within. TADs reorganization precedes and defines transcriptome changes guiding fate transition.

Primitive Endoderm precursors (pPrE) segregate from Epiblast's because of enhanced blebbing. Despite high, pPrE memb_tension allows such surface activity due to its spatial and temporal variabilities.
