Loving the fact that you’re unable to contact @TalkTalk by phone, only webchat, to report broadband issues. Which relies on someone having a decent mobile data… and if they don’t then they’re utterly screwed.

@TalkTalk I have already lodged a formal complaint but it’s the principle that I can’t phone anyone. Can’t phone you, can’t contact city fibre directly. So I’m left without internet. For what looks like at least 4 days. Whilst trying to WFH and your customer service is shocking.

After 4 months, my issues with @O2 have finally been resolved.
I had to go to my MP for someone to finally look at it properly.
So thanks goes to Paul in the executive correspondence team and also the team at the Derby store, who at least did something to help.

What an absolute bunch of lies. I have emailed you twice already within the space of several weeks on top of other ways I’ve tried to resolve this and no one has tried to contact me. Thanks @o2 for continuing to fail to provide me the service I’M PAYING for.

@O2 I just won’t. I dealt with you over DMs for 2 weeks and received no help. Only got some real assistance when I went to one of your shops and spoke to staff there. My number is still not working but at least I’ve been given a temporary one which is so I’m not completely cut off

My number is still not working 5 weeks later. I have a temporary number because I went to an @O2 store and someone finally took the issue seriously but there seems to be no urgency to actually fix the problem. And the nearby tower ain’t it as my temporary number works just fine.
