Dear @Etsy. If you claim 24/7 support, you need to be available for account hacking, when time is of the essence. It's unacceptable to be this impossible to reach when you hold so much sensitive info for sellers. Your circular reference of what to do for acct hacks is upsetting.
To all the teachers, administrators & ppl in education: Thank you. Navigating a new school yr is never easy even @ the best of times. To be doing so in a pandemic amongst shifting info/plans, more to do, & less resources is herculean. We see you. We are behind you. THANK YOU!
In these troubled times, it's heartening to get these glimpses of hope of people doing incredible things. Bravo, @Battelle - for not only figuring out how to decontaminate N95 masks, but also for your tenacity in pushing through to get approval.

@AIGAeyeondesign @jbaldwin I hope you'll also be prepared for their answer if they say they actually lost a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, best friend, child during the pandemic, but thank you for bringing up such a difficult and gutting time for them in the midst of an unrelated professional interview.
@AIGAeyeondesign This is what opportunism in the face of a pandemic looks like. Apart from the total apparent disregard of this having a profound devastating social, mental, and material impact on people, it's asking designers to help, not for good will, but to "stand out" for a better job?

@LarryFinesGhost I'm so sorry for you and your family's loss. Cannot imagine how difficult it has already been and continues to be in the current climate and restrictions. He sounds like he was a great man.
@torontolife With nearly 1/2 the cases being asymptomatic, & asymptomatic ppl having 2x viral load, & the incubation period before symptoms appear at an avg of 5 days - having no symptoms is meaningless in assessing whether ppl should interact w others. They need to stay home. As do we all.
@guardian While this might be a story and headline that sells, could you not give further platform to the dangerous opinions of an irresponsible person in a position of power who could influence and emboldens others?
