பல சாஃப்ட்வேர் கம்பெனிஸ்லயும் தெலுங்கு பேசறவங்களை எடுக்க மாட்டாங்க. ஏன்னா, நெறய ஃபேக்ஸ் இருக்கும். Fake Degree, Experience-ன்னு வரிசையா ஃபேக்கா இருக்கும். அந்த விஷயத்துல தமிழ் பசங்களை நம்பலாம், பொய் சொல்லி ஏமாத்த மாட்டாங்க.

Fake Degree, Experience சர்ட்டிஃபிகேட் ஒரு பக்கம்ன்னா, இண்டர்வியூல அவனுக பண்ற அநியாயம் இருக்கே..

முன்னாடி, ஃபோன்ல தான் interview. யாரையோ பேச வச்சுடுவாங்க.

இதோட உச்சம் என்னன்னா.. 15 - 20 லட்சம் சம்பளம் கேப்பான். அசால்ட்டா கேப்பான். ஒரிஜினலே அவ்ளோ கேக்க தயங்கக்கூடிய எடத்துல இவன் கேப்பான்.. கொடுக்கேன்னா கொடு, இல்லன்னா போன்னு கான்ஃபிடெண்ட்டா கேப்பான்.

உண்மைதான்.ப்ரோ, நான் GCCல் பணிபுரியும் IT நிறுவனம் முழுவதும் அவனுங்கதான் அதிக அளவில் இருக்கனுங்க சும்மா இல்லை எல்லாருமே Delivery Head, Delivery Partner, Project Head, Project Manager, Program Manager ன்னு தன் வேலையை யாரும் எளிதில் தூக்க முடியாத இடத்தில் உடகார்திருக்கானுங்க.

இவர்கள்தான் அந்த Fake ஆள்களை தங்கள் projectகளில் high packageல் உள்ளே எடுத்து போட்டுறுவானுங்க, உள்ள வந்து வேலையும் செய்ய மாட்டானுங்க ஆனால் எப்படி promotion வாங்குறது, reimbursement, bonus வாங்குற அனைத்து குறுக்கு வழிகளிலும் அவர்கள் P. hd வாங்கியிருப்பானுங்க.

I have Airtel and Jio SIMs at home.

One thing I hae noticed -

If I don't recharge Airtel, incoming calls stop almost immediately. Jio keeps them active for much longer.

No wonder Airtel's ARPU is 22% higher than Jio's.

CISF’s Swift Response: Suspicious Person Apprehended While Attempting to Escape at Metro Station!

Alert CISF personnel at Jama Masjid Metro Station of DMRC sprang into action when a passenger attempted to flee after a suspicious, dense object appeared on the XBIS screen during baggage screening.

Demonstrating quick reflexes and effective coordination, CISF personnel immediately pursued and apprehended the fleeing passenger near the exit gate.

Further examination of his belongings revealed an unidentified semi-solid substance concealed in a stitched portion of his undergarment. The passenger, who claimed to be an NRI residing in Kuala Lumpur, along with his belongings, was handed over to the police for further investigation.

The swift action and alertness of CISF personnel highlight their prompt response and commitment to ensuring metro security.
