It must then be like any other app. A user can install it if they want it from some app store.

Why look like a police state and pre-install an app and then give an option to delete it or disable it?

Anyway, I am sure the courts will not allow this app to be pre-installed even if they can be deleted.

So why unnecessarily create a controversy and anti-govt sentiment in public at this time?

Who comes up with such genius ideas instead of doing simple things like controlling social media narratives against India, dividing India, inciting Indians within India in our social networks?
