@Benioff It is called Enterprise Context, and Salesforce embedded architecture makes that happen automatically.

@abhishekn Thank you @abhishekn for giving us the intellectual leadership to help us turn what seems like an architectural curiosity into solid guidance for CIOs and CEOs what to do next with AI.

@Benioff Just like the Bobiverse?

14+ hours after @perplexity_ai launched their DeepResearch Sonar API,
And guess who's got the integration of Salesforce?
You are correct. @gptfyai does.

Check out the video to see how Sonar helps your reps to prep for their meeting.

@Benioff @DarioAmodei I’m predicting that Agentic AI, or Virtual Employees, will eat up $800 bln in IT services by 2028.

@emollick I prefer the term Virtual Employee for enterprise applications. Gets the message across faster.

[Vernon Keenan @vkeenan]

@Benioff That Bloomberg article is one of the best industry wide look at agents I’ve seen yet.

Alright alright alright? Matthew McConaughey & Woody Harrelson are bringing the hustle to our first-ever Agentforce ads—where humans & AI team up for customer success magic. Before it hits the tarmac for take off, we need YOU: Love it? Hate it? Laughing? Confused? Wondering, ‘What even is Agentforce?’ We need feedback. ❤️🤖 #CustomerSuccess #FocusGroup

@kevinroose @dealbook @jackclarkSF @ajeya_cotra @saranormous @hendrycks What are the public policy implications of Virtual Employees and the negative impact on entry level job opportunities for young people?

[Marc Benioff @Benioff]

“What if your workforce had no limits? Now, that is a question we could not ask in the last 45 years I’ve been in the software business!” Benioff told TechCrunch on the Equity podcast. Welcome Agentforce. ❤️🤖

For the past 25 years, Marc Benioff has dominated the CRM market with Salesforce. But now AI is here, how will the tech giant stay competitive?

Last week, Ben had the opportunity to speak to Benioff to discuss Agentforce...

I keep hearing from executives that they expect that a new generation of "AI natives" will show them how to use AI. I think this is a mistake:
1) Our research shows younger people do not really get AI or how to integrate into work
2) Experienced managers are often good prompters
