The specified vehicles registered on or after 01.01.2024 shall have to
comply with the requirement at the time of registration.

The specified vehicles registered on or before 31.12.2023 shall have to comply with the requirement by 30.06.2024.

@CMODelhi, Industry strongly condemns the restriction imposed by @DelhiGovDigital Transport Deptt on VLTD manufacturers & allowing cartelization of a few favored OEM approved AIS-140 VLTD manufacturers to operate in Delhi State. This is illegal & against @MORTHIndia guidelines.

Then why has @TransportDelhi restricted its innocent public to buy VLTD devices from only 3-4 "OEM associated" manufacturers?
