Your calculation is flawed even if you would have considered 18% gst ( max bracket) it will only be applicable to the amount spent.

At 60L tax payable ~15L

Spend ~1.5L pm 18L pre indirect tax 2L gst etc
20L spend

Net 25L still saved

Thank you @BlrCityPolice (Ashok nagar police station) for helping to find the phone in just 2 hours. Policemen at Ashok nagar police station were really helpful they immediately traced the driver, traced the car and helped to get the phone. Kudos to the policeman.
