This harassment is a joint failure.
I bought the policy through BMW Infinity dealer (Rajouri Garden) because they pushed the Engine Protector add-on as premium protection.
What did they deliver?
• Recorded wrong mobile number in the policy (8929**** instead of my real +91 9823******)
• Zero correction despite multiple emails
• Not a single ack
• Left my BMW X1 stuck at Bavaria Motors workshop for over a month, leading to further deterioration of the vehicle's condition
• ZERO real intervention with IndusInd even after I begged them as a loyal customer of 4+ years
Meanwhile @IndusIndGenIn repudiated Claim 3126131814 citing “Gross Negligence” for a car stuck in Pune floods with my 5-year-old daughter inside — no exit possible. No surveyor report. No evidence.
@BMWInfinityCars — You sold the policy. You took the commission. Where is the “premium BMW service” you promised?

My BMW X1 suffered engine damage during this event.
Facts:
✔ Engine Protector add-on was purchased
✔ Vehicle was trapped in traffic
✔ Vehicles were stranded ahead and behind
✔ No practical route of exit
✔ Family including my 5-year-old daughter was with me
After ~50 days of silence, the claim was repudiated citing:
❌ "Gross Negligence"
❌ "Consequential Loss"
Yet the policy specifically provides Engine Protector coverage for water ingress related damage.
My question is simple:
