My father told me that #TeamRICOCHET is a corrupt developer team, simply because they help big streamers or pro players restore their accounts that have suffered shadow bans, permanent bans, and even permanent bans, while some players, including me, who are wrongly accused don’t even see their accounts restored. He told me in the end: they call themselves developers but in fact they’re not that smart because they prefer to use an AI that handles the tickets instead of doing a thorough human verification. Their so-called “RICOCHET” is simply broken. They say they’ve banned many cheaters it’s quite possible that some of them are banned, I’m not saying the opposite but some legitimate players got caught in it, and they don’t want to admit it because it would tarnish their image and the development of RICOCHET.

I think my Activision account is freaking out @CallOfDuty @Activision @CODUpdates @CallofDutyCM , well I don’t know if it was a bug on your site. This morning I went to check if my account status had changed. Originally, with my false positive ban, I was permanently banned, then it switched to a permanent ban but I didn’t have access to the ticket, and at the end of the afternoon I checked again and I was back to permanently banned. Is this a false positive ban ?
